Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or signs of wear.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or new exchange order will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
